Flymotion Mach3 CNC controller is a device that connects to a computer via USB and allows users to control the movement of a CNC machine. The 3, 4, 5, and 6 axis designations refer to the number of axes of movement that the controller can support, with 3 axes being the minimum required for basic 2D machining operations and 6 axes allowing for more complex operations in 3D. The 1000KHz upgrade to the speed at which the controller can process instructions and move the CNC machine, with a higher frequency resulting in faster and smoother movements. This particular controller is an upgrade from the ZKmotion model, which may include additional features or capabilities.

> Dual-core ultra-high-speed CPU (single-core maximum frequency of 204MHz), with great redundancy in computing processing capabilities is guaranteed to achieve a pulse output frequency of 1000KHz per axis under 3-axis linkage, 750KHz per axis under 4-axis linkage, and maximum pulse output frequency of 6-axis linkage up to 500KHz. Servo/stepping motors can be connected.
> The size of the motion control buffer can be set to ensure that the fastest interpolation cycle can also run stably, and the computer can run stably when the load is too heavy.
> With 16 isolated input ports, the input interface is simpler, the port can be dry or wet contact, the wiring is more convenient, and the dry contact method only needs to connect a physical switch to the ground wire. All 16 input ports have a signal indication, the indicator light is on when it is low level, and the debugging is simple and clear.
> It has up to 24 output ports (with 6 channels, RS485 can be extended to 16 channels), and 32 input ports (with 16 channels, RS485 can be extended to 16 channels).
> PWM speed control output port (isolated), PWM frequency can be set, and the duty cycle is continuously adjustable from 0 to 1000.
> With the speed measurement function, the actual speed of the spindle is displayed in real-time on the Mach3 interface, and the measurement is accurate and stable.
> With 256 bytes of NVRAM space, it can save the coordinate value and processing line number of 6 axes, and there is no need to find the change point the next time it is powered on.
> All motion axis outputs are differential signals and can be connected to servo high-speed signal input ports.
> Slave axis can be set, supporting double X, double Y, and double Z axis. The soft limit bottom layer processing makes the system safer.
> Convenient software upgrade, there is an emergency flashing button, the firmware can be flashed at will, USB flashing is very convenient, there is no need to worry about flashing the wrong problem, and you can update through USB how to flash.
> RS485 isolated bus, can expand the input and output or connect to the servo reading position, connect to the grating ruler, etc. (customized development required).

FlyMotion's upgrades to the old ZKMotion (discontinued) are mainly as follows.
1. Power inlet plus common mode inductor filter circuit to enhance EMI anti-interference capability.
2. The output is reduced from the original 8-way isolation to 6-way full isolation (mainly to keep the shell unchanged, the output port application is not so much).
3. The controller spindle speed control interface supports both voltage output mode and PWM mode.
4. Inverter control interface separately do isolation, which can greatly solve the problem of inverter EMI interference.
