FX2N PLC is an automatic control system based on programmable logic controller (PLC) technology. The power supply requirement of the system is 24VDC, ranging from 22VDC to 26VDC. To ensure a stable power supply, if a transformer is used for power supply, it is necessary to rectify the power supply and add a capacitor filter to avoid unstable working conditions. We stress that a stable power supply is critical to ensuring system stability and reliability, so we strongly recommend getting power issues right.

Power supply:
The power supply of the product is 24VDC, ranging from 22VDC to 26VDC. If a transformer is used for power supply, rectification, and capacitor filtering are required to ensure a stable power supply and avoid unstable work.

Download method:
Before starting programming, you need to install the USB-to-serial driver. You can determine the serial port number used to communicate with the PLC by looking at the COM port number in Device Manager.

Mitsubishi GX Developer:
Create a new project using the GX Developer software.
Select the PLC series as FXCPU, and the PLC type as FX2N(C).
After writing the program, select "Transmission Settings" in the "Online" option of the menu bar, and set the serial port number and baud rate (usually 9600bps) for communication with the PLC.
In the "Online" option, select "PLC Write" to write the program to the PLC.

Mitsubishi GX Works2:
Create a new project using GX Works2 software.
Select the PLC series as FXCPU, and the PLC type as FX2N(C).
Select connection settings in "Connection Target" to configure the serial port number and baud rate for communication with the PLC.
In the "Online" option, select "PLC Write" to write the program to the PLC.

IO port settings:
The power supply port is 24VDC, 24V is connected to the positive pole, and OV is connected to the negative pole.
ADOAD1 is an analog input port that can receive 0-10V signals. If a current signal is required, a 500 ohm resistor can be connected in parallel between the AD port and GND.
GND is connected to conduction for the X common port.
The output relay C is a common port, corresponding to multiple Y ports in the back. The transistor output needs to be connected to the positive and negative poles of the 24VDC power supply, and the output indicator also needs to be powered by C+C- to light up.
