Please read and follow the instructions below before you return items to us. Once you encounter any questions, feel free to contact us anytime. Our Customer Service will gladly provide considerate online support for you. 
Please assure you get across our return policy and ensure to agree with all criteria before physically sending any items back to us.

Return Policy

Mis-Ordered Products: If you order wrong item by yourself, or found it is not what you want to order (not quality problem), our return policy is not applied for you in this situation. Please aware of this.
Quality Issue: Our products do not work well once you receive it or it encounters crash in delivery causing you fail to use it. In this situation, our return policy is open to you; we will return full refund to you.
Non Quality Issues: In some particular situation, can our return policy be open to you only after you have negotiated with our customer service about your particular problem, and in this condition we will charge you 10% handling fee.
Shipping options for return items: When you decide to return the items to us, please use simple airmail or EMS, and ship it to the address our customer service gives to you. Please do not use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or any other couriers, because we can not get your return item, and we will not responsible for that.

Returning for replacement Store ship internationally?

1. If your product is damaged in delivery, we will exchange it free for you and undertake the shipping cost you ship back to us by ordinary airmail.
2. If you order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for a right item, this exchange policy is also for you. But you need to pay the shipping cost to us as well as return to you.
Physical Damaged Items: If the item is damaged by yourself, we can not provide exchange service for you. However, you can return for repair.
Requirement before returning for replacement: You need to contact our customer service and tell us your problem, such as what's wrong with your item and what you want us to do for you. 
Returning shipping options: After your item is confirmed to match our policy of returning, we will inform you of shipping item back to us with simple airmail or EMS. Pay attention that NO DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or any other express. 
What we will do after receiving your return: You need to keep touch with us to make sure we get it. After checking the item, we will arrange a replacement for you and inform you after everything is done. Please remember to check your email from time to time.

Refund Policy Store ship internationally?

After we get your item back to us and check the item in a good condition, we will issue you refund according to our policy within 2 working days through PayPal, please check your PayPal account timely or contact our customer service. And we will charge you 10% handling fee.
If you have any doubt, please negotiate with our customer service.

Guarantee Policy Store ship internationally?

The guarantee period of our most products is one year. And we guarantee our product in a good condition before shipping date. Our QC stuff will carefully check quality and paste our own QC label on each product.
Lost Products: If products get lost in delivery, or you still haven't gotten your item for a long time, please contact our customer service immediately. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you to communicate with us. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link for you timely. If products get lost on the way, we will get confirmed from the couriers, and then we will arrange redelivery for your products at once. If you want to ship it through express, then you need to pay express shipping fee.

Repair Policy Store ship internationally?

When your product get damaged after using some time and need to repair, we provide repair service for you. Please contact our customer service about the item repair.
You need to use simple airmail to send the item back to us. After we fix it, we will send back to you soon. We will not charge you for simple airmail ship back, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for it.
