BCNet-DVP is an economical Ethernet communication processor, which is designed to meet the increasing demands of factory equipment informatization (equipment network monitoring and production management). It is used in Delta DVP-ES/ES2/EX2/EC3 /EH3, DVP-SV2/SS2/SA/SX2, DVP-10 PM/20PM, and other series of PLC Ethernet data acquisition, it is very convenient to build a production management system.

BCNet-DVP adopts a modular design, with a communication line from the factory. It does not occupy the PLC programming port, that is, while the programming software/host computer software monitors the PLC data through the Ethernet, the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface X2.


Module function

Installed on a 35mm guide rail, the COM1 port is directly connected to the MD8 programming communication round port of the DVP, and a COM2 port is extended for touchscreen communication. BCNet-DVP can directly obtain power from the PLC programming communication port, or external 24VDC power supply.

Integrate a WEB server, through the web page, you can set device parameters and run diagnostics, and set a login protection password to prevent tampering with configuration data.

Automatically match PLC and HMI serial parameters without additional configuration.

Realize Ethernet communication with Delta programming software WPLSoft and ISPSoft, and perform program read/write (including RUN write function)/comparison, programmable controller operation monitoring, and other functions through Ethernet.

It supports Delta Ethernet protocol communication and can read/write device data to the programmable controller through the host computer system. Selecting the Delta Ethernet driver through the host computer software (KepWare OPC server, etc.), is convenient and Quick access.

Integrated ModbusTCP server, support FC1, FC2, FC3, FC5, FC6, FC16, the Modbus data area corresponds to the device address of Delta DVP.

The specific BCNetTCP/IP protocol is directly mapped to the serial port of the computer and supports convenient and quick access to the upper software (programming software FPWIN GR, IFIX, INTOUCH, KepWare OPC server, etc.).

By using ModbusTCP communication protocol or port mapping, high-level language (such as VB, VC, C#, etc.) programming can be realized, data communication with Delta DVP can be realized, and it is convenient to develop a production management system.

SCADA (upper configuration software) supporting the OPC channel communicates with PLC in OPC mode.

It can realize WPLSoft, ISPSoft, BCNetTCP transparent transmission, and ModbusTCP connection methods, allowing 6 PCs to collect PLC data at the same time, and the connection protocol method can be used arbitrarily.

Support firmware updates on the user side through Ethernet, provide firmware with more functions for free, buy hardware once, and upgrade permanently.

BCNet-DVP-S is used for Ethernet data acquisition of Delta DVP-ES/ES2/EX2/EC3/EH3, DVP-SV/SS2/SA/SX2, DVP-10 PM/20PM series PLC, which is very convenient to build production management system. The module integrates the WiFi function, supports AP mode, STA mode, and AP+STA mode, which is very convenient to build a WiFi network, and performs PLC programming and data collection directly through WiFi. BCNet-DVP-S adopts a plug-and-play design and does not occupy the PLC communication port, that is, while the programming software/host computer software monitors the PLC data through Ethernet, the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface, supporting the industrial control field. Most SCADA software supports Delta Ethernet protocol and ModbusTCP communication method.

BCNet-DVP-S function
