A module description

1. Add anti-reverse power supply function, the wrong module will not damage the module; fault-tolerant design, the control line is broken, the relay will not operate;

Module interface

Module control terminal: 7-wire interface, all interfaces have wiring terminals, convenient for user wiring

1. DC +: positive pole of external DC power supply (5V, 12V and 24V modules are available)

2. DC-: negative pole of external DC power supply

3. XM: Common end of photoelectric isolation chip

 

If high-level control is used: This signal should be connected to the negative pole of the power supply of the user control board.

If low level control is used: This signal should be connected to the positive pole of the power supply of the user control board.

 

4. X1-X4: relay control interface,

 

 If XM is connected to the negative pole of the power supply: When this port is high (relative to XM), the corresponding relay is activated.

If XM is connected to the positive pole of the power supply: when this port is low (relative to XM), the corresponding relay will be activated.


Note: The isolated relay module is to adapt to the harsh electromagnetic environment or high signal requirements. If you want to achieve complete isolation, the power supply of the user control board (that is, the reference power connected to XM) and the power supply of the relay module (DC + / DC-) should be distinguished.

 

Relay output: 12-wire interface, all interfaces have wiring terminals, convenient for user wiring


1. NO1--NO4: Normally open interface of the relay, the relay should be suspended before pull-in, and short-circuited to COM after pull-in

2. COM1--COM4: relay common interface

3. NC1--NC4: relay normally closed interface, the relay is short-circuited to COM before pull-in, and left floating after pull-in
